Thank you so much for the use of your beautiful home! It was the difference between ‘visiting” Buenos Aires and ‘living’ an authentic experience in Buenos Aires. Having been around to all the different areas of BA, there is no doubt that Palermo is the quaintest and friendliest of all the neighbourhoods. The close proximity to the parks and all the transportation options made for the perfect location to get anywhere in the city. The bed was so comfortable and a welcome end to activity filled days – I can’t remember the last time I slept so soundly! The kitchen facilities were great for the occasional dinner in (always accompanied by a bottle of fine wine for about $3!!!!) . Again, thank you for the best vacation experience I have ever had.

A brand new apartment with an amazing view over the city, just one block away from Plaza Italia subway station (on Santa Fe Avenue) a perfect location in Palermo Soho, the most exciting part of BA to stay nowadays, with lots of design oriented little shops, bars, restaurants, art galleries, close to theaters and nightlife, etc, mixed with a very local Buenos Aires neighbourhood lifestyle, with the bakery and the grocery at the corner.
The apartment, a luxury on itself, double glazing, air conditioning and heating, spacious bathrooms with high quality towels and bed linnen, a bed to dream of (and in), complete kitchen with all the appliances you can imagine, all the aparment very cozily furnished, big LCD direct TV sets. etc etc. The building, with a unique view from the gym on the 31st floor, (as well as from Roy’s apartment itself) a swimming pool on ground floor for summers… really I can’t think of anything missing here.
Really feel at home and at ease and for sure will be back as often as possible

The pool and gym are a wonderful addition to enjoy in this luxurious and well appointed B & B. It is worth the reasonable rates charged. There is nothing better than coming to a new country after a 14 hour flight, having a car waiting at the airport (Roy will organise one for around U$40) which then drops you off to a great apartment in a great location in Buenos Aires.
Roys secure apartment is a in vibrant part of the city only a U$5-7 cab ride from downtown and walking distance from the the many interesting parts of Palermo.
Waking up to breakfast with a fanstastic views of the city skyline is not someting you will not get staying in a hotel.
If you want to do your own thing not a problem. If you want help discovering the city and the beyond then Roy is there to help.
Feeling welcome, having someone to help if need be and living in a safe and comfortable environment and things that make a holiday for me – Roy and his apartment ticked all those boxes.
So if you’re looking for a place to stay in BA – I highly recommend staying at Buenos Aires Gay Bed and Breakfast. Thanks again Roy

We loved the Buenos Aires Gay B&B. Roy was a fabulous host. He welcomed us and we felt like we were staying with a long time friend. The room was wonderful as were the breakfasts that Roy put together for us. The B&B is close to the subway line making it easy to get around. The Palermo neighborhood was a wonderful area to stay in. We highly recommend this B&B and look forward to our next visit.
I cannot find enough praise for this truly wonderful bed and breakfast. Roy is the consummate host. He is incredibly welcoming, full of useful “insider” knowledge on every aspect of life and tourism in Buenos Aires, and a great guy to boot! As a single traveller, I was a little apprehensive at the thought of arriving relatively unprepared in a big unfamiliar city, but I need not have worried as Roy really helped me to have one of the best holidays and experiences I can remember.
Roy’s apartment and his guest room and bathroom are beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. He provides all the mod cons and creature comforts to make you feel like you’re at a home away from home.
The location of the B&B couldn’t be bettered, with a range of stores, cafes and amenities a stone’s throw away from the apartment complex. It is also just a two minute walk from the nearest Subte station (Plaza Italia) and Avenida Santa Fe. The area (Palermo) is very safe and the complex has great and friendly security.
Roy provides a wonderful breakfast with views out over the city and beyond. He was extremely patient with my “irregular hours” (!) and was always the charming host and fantastic company.
I can’t wait to be back in B.A. and shall definitely be staying at Roy’s place once again. A truly incredible oasis in the heart of of one of BA’s coolest barrios.
I just spent 10 days at the Buenos Aires Bed and Breakfast. I could not be more pleased with the facility and the proprietor, Roy. The modern building with a fabulous view of the river and the city is quiet, comfortable, and well-equipped. I spent relaxing hours at the outdoor pool and up in the rooftop gym and sauna. Roy will look after your every need, including preparing the exact breakfast you want each day, providing tips on how to negotiate money exchange, the Subte (subway) and buses. He even went out one evening when I was feeling ill to get me some empanadas from one of the local shops and some medication from the pharmacy. He will also provide other great recommendations, such as where to get a fabulous massage and the best way to get back to the airport when your trip is over. I could not be more happy with my choice.
Spent 8 wonderful days at this luxury place with great views, incredible breakfast with flexible times, great knowledge, wonderful guide to suggested venues, and a great facility with pool and exercise room and spa. What a bargain, first class. Roy is so friendly and professional. He arranged a massage twice with an amazing masseur for $50 usd. He saved the day when my friend needed housing after a hostel overbooked and forced her out with less than 12 hours notice in a market that requires reservations, most everything was fully booked. Thanks for keeping me safe and sharing information like a full time tour guide always pleasant and helpful. First class treatment. Hugs, Bryan NYC

By far the best choice in the best area of BA
